1) Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to INTERBEING (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or interacting with any service we provide (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) and our Shipping Policy, Returns & Exchanges Policy, and Privacy Policy (together, the “Policies”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
- You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to make a purchase.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
- We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion, consistent with applicable law.
- All products are made-to-order. Product images/colors may vary due to display settings and production processes.
- Prices, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice. We may correct errors or cancel orders impacted by pricing/typographical mistakes.
- By placing an order, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your payment method for the order total, taxes, shipping, and applicable duties.
Shipment and delivery dates are estimates only. Title and risk of loss for items pass to you upon our transfer of the items to the carrier. Please review our Shipping Policy for current timelines, carrier details, and free-shipping thresholds.
- We ship worldwide. Import duties, VAT/IVA, and other fees are determined by your country and are not included at checkout unless stated otherwise.
- You are responsible for compliance with local laws and for paying any import fees. If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid duties or customs issues, original shipping and related carrier/customs fees may be deducted from any refund as outlined in our Policies.

Because our products are made-to-order, returns are accepted only for damaged, misprinted, or defective items within the stated window. Traditional exchanges are not available. We offer like-for-like replacements or refunds per our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Contact Support- All content on the Services — including text, graphics, logos, product names, designs, photos, videos, and code — is owned by or licensed to INTERBEING and protected by intellectual property laws.
- We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial use. Any unauthorized use is prohibited.
If you submit reviews, photos, or other content (“User Content”), you grant INTERBEING a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such content in connection with the Services and marketing, in any media now known or hereafter developed, without additional compensation.
You represent that you own or have permission to submit the User Content and that it does not infringe any rights or violate any law.
- No unlawful, fraudulent, or harassing activity.
- No attempts to access data without authorization, probe or test vulnerabilities, or interfere with the Services.
- No automated scraping or use that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
- No posting of content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.
Except as expressly set forth in these Terms or required by law, the Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, INTERBEING and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for any lost profits or revenues, arising from or related to your use of the Services or products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless INTERBEING from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
- We accept major payment methods as shown at checkout. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
- Prices may be shown in local currency for convenience; final charges may vary due to exchange rates and processor fees.
- You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and fees unless we explicitly collect/remit them at checkout.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share information. Please review it to understand our practices.
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to them shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflicts of laws principles (replace with your principal place of business if different).
Arbitration & Class Action Waiver (Optional – consult counsel): Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, and you waive any right to participate in a class action. The arbitration shall be conducted in the county of our principal place of business, unless otherwise required by law.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, epidemics, war, or governmental actions.
We may modify or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We may also update these Terms; the “Updated” date reflects the latest revision. Your continued use signifies acceptance of changes.
