At INTERBEING, each item is produced after you order to reduce waste and honor stewardship. Because we work with multiple trusted fulfillment partners, items in the same order may ship separately with their own tracking.

You’ll receive tracking by email as soon as each item ships. Transit times are estimates and may vary by carrier, region, and customs processing.

  • U.S. Shipping: Typically 5–10 business days after dispatch.
  • International Shipping: Typically 7–20 business days after dispatch, depending on region and customs.

▸ Carriers & Service Levels

Orders typically ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL, depending on destination, speed, and availability. Expedited options may appear at checkout for an additional cost.

▸ Free Shipping Details
  • Free shipping applies when your cart meets or exceeds the threshold for your region.
  • Thresholds are calculated on the merchandise subtotal (after discounts, before taxes/duties).
  • Free shipping uses our standard service; expedited upgrades are optional at checkout.
▸ Tracking, Split Shipments & Delivery
  • Tracking: We email tracking numbers when each parcel ships.
  • Split Shipments: Items may ship separately from different facilities.
  • PO Boxes / APO / FPO: Some carriers may be limited; we’ll choose the best available option.
  • Delivery Attempts: If a carrier cannot deliver, they may reattempt or hold at a pickup point.
▸ Address Changes & Order Edits

We can edit shipping addresses or cancel orders within 12 hours of purchase — before printing begins. After that window, changes can’t be guaranteed.

▸ Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)
  • Customs duties, VAT/IVA, and import taxes are set by your country and are not included at checkout.
  • These fees are the recipient’s responsibility and may be collected upon delivery.
  • If a parcel is returned to us due to unpaid duties or refusal, original shipping and any carrier/customs fees may be deducted from a refund.

Customs inspections can extend delivery times and are outside our control.

▸ Late, Lost, or Damaged Shipments

Once transferred to the carrier, transit is outside our direct control — but we’re here to help.

  • Damaged: Contact us within 30 days with photos and your order number.
  • Late / Lost: We’ll coordinate with the carrier on a trace and next steps.
  • Stolen (porch theft): Please file a police report and check with neighbors/building management; carrier claims may require documentation.

If an order is returned as undeliverable or unclaimed, we can reship it to an updated address. Reship charges may apply.
