Our Commitment
At INTERBEING, every piece is created with intention — a prophetic streetwear expression of faith, unity, and purpose. To reduce waste and honor stewardship, all items are printed on demand specifically for you.
Start a Return (Damaged / Defective Only)
If your item arrived damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll make it right.
- Email support@interbeinginc.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the issue.
- Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.
Each product is produced after you order, which lets us minimize waste. As a result, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong size or color chosen
- Change of mind
- Normal wear and tear after delivery
We will accept returns for items that arrive damaged, misprinted, or defective.
We ship worldwide so you can carry light and truth wherever you are. Because cross-border shipping involves customs, please note:
- Duties, VAT, and import taxes are set by your country and are not included in checkout totals. These fees are your responsibility.
- If a package is returned due to unpaid customs or delivery refusal, original shipping and any carrier/customs fees may be deducted from your refund.
- For international returns (approved damaged/defective cases), use a trackable service. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the error is ours.
Once your claim is approved (and, if requested, your return is received and inspected), we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was our error.
- International refunds can take additional time to appear due to bank processing and currency conversion.
You’ll receive an email update at each step of the process.
We don’t offer traditional exchanges because items are made-to-order. If your item is damaged or defective, we’ll send a like-for-like replacement (same design, size, color) at no extra cost.
If you need a different size or color, please place a new order after your refund/replacement is processed.
- Digital products or gift cards
- Items marked Final Sale
- Items that are worn, washed, altered, or missing original packaging
Orders can be canceled or updated within 12 hours of purchase, before printing begins. After that window, changes can’t be guaranteed.
