💌 Easy Returns (Defective or Damaged Only)
Eligible: Misprints, missing design elements, or damaged items during shipping.
Not Eligible: Change of mind, wrong size selected, normal wear.
How to Request:
- Email support@interbeinginc.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and photos of the issue.
- Our team will review and guide you through the next steps.
🔄 Exchanges Made Simple
Eligible Reasons: Wrong item sent by us, size adjustment for a better fit.
Requirements: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
How to Exchange:
- Email support@interbeinginc.com within 7 days.
- Include your order number and the item/size you’d like to exchange.
- Once approved, we’ll ship your exchange promptly.
💵 Refunds
Refunds are processed after item approval and inspection. Expect 7–10 business days for funds to reflect on your original payment method.
Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for shipping unless the error is on our side. Standard shipping fee: $5-$15.
⏳ Print-on-Demand Orders
- Every item is custom printed, so shipping times may vary based on your location and product weight.
- Returns for personal preference (color, design, size choice) cannot be accepted.
